Our PRO package is the ideal starting point for a Vetting Team with one or two members. Hosted online in our secure cloud based in UK datacentres your data is secured in storage accredited for UK Official Sensitive information.
The Clearance Records for up to 100 members of staff can be managed. Included in the package are our eForms for Clearance Applications, helping your staff to apply for New Clearances or Renew, Transfer or Share existing Clearances. eForms help Applicants to provide the right information first time, helping to eliminate simple data entry errors before they even reach you. And when they do submit their forms, eVett removes any need for you to re-key the information – just one click and the completed form is loaded into eVett!
eVett helps you to manage the application process, and lets you record the outcome. From here on you can manage the Clearance throughout its lifetime, keeping tabs on when a renewal will be due.
eVett Enterprise

eVett Enterprise takes all the great features from eVett Pro and then builds on them with four more great features to provide a fully comprehensive Vetting Management solution in one. Up to 3 Vetting Users and 250 Employees’ Clearances can be managed.
Workflows guide Applicants through New Clearance Applications, Renewals, Transfers and Shares using a fully interactive, browser based, process; by the time the Application arrives with the Vetting Team, you can be confidant that the just right information has been accurately provided. The Application arrives directly into the Vetting Team eVett application queue – no time consuming, tedious re-keying from a static form, not even a file to import, just the Applicants information right there, ready to go.
We get it, keeping track of when your existing Clearances expire is not usually top of the list for most employees; simply chasing up Applicants for information, or reminding them to Renew a Clearance before its actually expired can take up a lot of wasted time for the Vetting Team. eVett Enterprise combines the Workflow features with the Notifications Module takes care of all of this for you, automatically sending out reminders and chasers on your behalf.
And on the subject of saving time, the Reports Module is included with Enterprise, making it easy for you to extract key statistics and information from your eVett data for use in your monthly reports and KPIs.
