Clearance Management
This core module comes as standard with eVett and covers the main management of clearance records in the eVett application. It provides functionality similar to a highly customised spreadsheet or database but with the accessibility of a beautifully designed website.
The module provides a web-based interface for the Vetting Team to be able to create, read, update and delete records. The clearance forms are unique to the nature of the application: for example, if just a Higher Clearance is requested, only the questions relevant to that clearance are asked. If a Transfer is required, the form will change to include questions relevant to the existing Clearance and Sponsor, and so on.
The forms automatically validate information that it is entered, preventing incorrect information from even being submitted. The result? Data Quality is improved and less of your time is spent chasing up Applicants for the correct information.
This module is designed to request the data most commonly required for each clearance type ‘out of the box’ but can be further customised to a customer’s specific needs.
