The Notifications Module automatically sends prompts and reminders to Applicants as the Vetting team progress the status of Clearance Applications during processing. For example, once the Vetting team have completed their actions in the NSV portal for a Higher Clearance application, setting the record to this state within eVett will automatically provide the Applicant with the `correct details to login to the portal to complete their own actions. If the record remains in this state, the Applicant will be automatically prompted to complete their actions on a periodic basis.
Selection of the Workflow Module will extend the Notification capability throughout the Applicants application process, automatically chasing up partially completed Applications if they are forgotten too long.
If the Aftercare Module is selected, the Notifications Module will automatically prompt staff to complete annual appraisals and training in accordance with your organisation’s policies and remind them in good time to renew clearances that are nearing expiry.
