The Workflow Module is an optional feature that provides an interactive web based interface for your Applicants to follow. The workflow is unique to the nature of the application: for example, if just a Higher Clearance is requested, only the questions relevant to that clearance are asked. If a Transfer is required, the flow will change to query the relevant details of the existing Clearance and Sponsor.
Workflow automatically validates information as it is entered, preventing incorrect applications from even being submitted. The result? Data Quality is improved and less of your time spent chasing up Applicants for the correct information.
What’s more, the Workflow Module works in tandem with eVett’s Applicant profile system; if any relevant information for the Applicant has been previously provided, subject to your GDPR policy, it will pre-populate within the workflow, reducing the data entry burden at a stroke
The Workflow Module can be used stand-alone, or in conjunction with Form Based Applications.
